Jockey Philip Enright bounced back from an earlier fall to win the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Beginners Chase at Cork today on the Mouse Morris trained, Dermot Desmond owned Foxy Jack.

Enright was in contention on Morris' Friary Rock which was disputing the lead with eventual winner Streets Of Doyen when a final flight faller in an earlier novice hurdle but the pair gained compensation with Foxy Jacks (8/11f) who romped home for an eight lengths win over Coral Blue

Morris wasn't present and afterwards Enright stated “he jumped great all the way today and made up for being unseated the last day at Limerick.

“We got a nice lead all the way, he jumped great and picked up nicely. On form you were hoping he would do that, and thankfully he did.”
