While some punters leave before the last, that is unlikely to be the case at Limerick today as Cheltenham Festival second Debuchet runs in the final event of the day.

The feature Listed Kevin McManus Bookmaker Champion (Pro/Am) Flat Race closes the card and 10 have been declared, with the Mags Mullins-trained Debuchet the headline contender.

He was caught close home in the Champion Bumper at last month's Festival and Mullins is hoping her grey gelding can go one place better now.

"I'm hoping he will run well, he is in very good form. I was thrilled with his effort at Cheltenham, it was a great run," Mullins said.

"We will see what happens before making any further plans."

Joseph O'Brien is double-handed with High Tide and Cornelius Sulla The former was impressive when winning on debut at Leopardstown last month, and he is sure to give a good account of himself. Coldamour also won on debut at Thurles, and he is likely to have plenty of supporters, while others of note are Vladakar and the Christy Roche-trained newcomer Alice Johnston Without Limites won the feature 12 months ago and he now should be able to make the breakthrough over timber in the I.N.H. Stallion Owners EBF Maiden Hurdle.

The opening National Student Raceday Mares Maiden Hurdle looks a wide-open affair, but it will be interesting to see how For Syl gets on.

The daughter of Presenting is Ruby Walsh's only mount at Greenmount Park and is also Willie Mullins' sole runner on the card.

The hat-trick seeking Donegal Tuesday is sure to prove popular with punters in the Book Online At www.limerickraces.ie Mares Handicap Hurdle, while All The Chimneys appears the one to side with in the Martinstown Opportunity Handicap Hurdle.

Point-to-point winner Alkaa Lion should give a good account of himself in the Greenmount Park Beginners Chase. Leaders Questions The Living Beauty and Hello Sweetie are a few for the shortlist in the Follow Limerick Racecourse On Facebook Mares Handicap Chase.
