It took 20 runs before Dedillon opened her account in a Dundalk maiden last month but she’s now obviously gained a taste for success following up by making all at odds of 8/1 in the Follow Limerick Racecourse On Instagram Handicap.

Trained by Andy Slattery and ridden by his son and namesake, the daughter of Dylan Thomas kept on gamely inside the final furlong to score by three quarters of a length.

Business Spark didn’t enjoy the clearest of passages but kept on well when switched to the inner to snatch the runner-up spot close home just ahead of Pepperoni Pete

Andy Slattery senior said, "It took her 20 runs to win one and now she has two won. I actually thought the handicapper was too hard on her but she did it well and it was a very good ride as he was able to get the fractions right on her.

"We'll look to run her in a fillies' handicap from a low weight next.

"She is belonging to a local man Sean Rushe from Patrickswell. He actually had open heart surgery a week before she won the last day and that will cheer him up."
