The Grade Two Goffs Future Stars (C & G) I.N.H. Flat Race at the Dublin Racing Festival is on the the agenda of John 'Shark' Hanlon's Teescomponentsyess after his win at Tramore last month.

It was a case of striking at the first time of asking for the County Carlow-based handler then, as the Shirocco gelding defied odds of 28/1, making all in the hands of Aine O'Connor.

The youngster had previously shown next to nothing in two starts last spring in England, but he's viewed as a progressive type now and is set for a rise in class.

“I have a nice horse that won a bumper in Tramore (Teescomponentsyess) that will go for the Graded bumper in Leopardstown," said Hanlon.

“I think a nice bit of him and he only cost four grand (at the Doncaster Horses In Training Sale). He only beat two horses in two runs in England before he came to me.”
