Second in the Monksfield with Magnium and third in the Troytown with Magic Of Light Jessica Harrington capped a memorable day at Navan when her Barrington Court (5/1 into 7/2) impressively took the Listed Coolmore N.H. Sires Irish EBF Mares INH Flat Race to bring up a treble for the Commonstown Stud team.

Stable jockey Robbie Power won on Jetz and Walk To Freedom for Mrs Harrington earlier, and Mark O'Hare was the man that enjoyed the spin on Barrington Court. Two Shoe Tom tried hard to put up a fight in the final quarter mile but there was no living with the three times previous runner-up Barrington Court as she powered clear in the final furlong to win by ten lengths.

“She’s very smart and was obviously unlucky not to win last year. They have always thought a lot of her, and she was very good for her first run back as all of the horses seem to be coming on for a run," said stable representative Richie Galway after the culmination of this 471/1 treble.

"Jessie is currently on the way back from New Zealand, and Kate is in Del Mar. It’s a good day to get three for them.”

Mrs Harrington's Pincheck was eighth in a Grade 2 at Del Mar yesterday.

Mr L. O'Carroll, rider of Gemma's Flame trained by Hugh Paul Finegan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost her action and pulled up thereafter.

Mr A.J. Fox, rider of Wait For No One trained by David Fenton, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount pulled up injured.
