Ado McGuiness has his eyes fixed on winning the COLM QUINN BMW Mile Handicap on Tuesday at Galway for the third year in a row.
Saltonstall did the honours in the last couple of years for the Co Dublin trainer and four of his stablemates are also confirmed runners in the day two feature.
"We probably will have 14 or 15 horses in Galway next week," McGuinness said after Down Royal's meeting on Friday evening.
"I think I have seven entered in the Colm Quinn (BMW) Mile, and I've five in and I'll run the five and maybe one of the others (reserve Sirjack Thomas) might get in as well.
"Saltonstall is going back there to try and do three in a row. He is in great form and I'm very happy with him, he is dropping back in class from Listed and Group company back to a handicap.
"The handicap is going to be very compressed on Tuesday. He grows another leg down there and hopefully he will be there or thereabouts.
"We will claim off Current Option, Bowerman runs and Star Harbour will run as well.
"It is nice to get a winner (Bader Ginsburg in Down Royal) before Galway. We love Galway and a lot of my English owners are coming over this week. It is the first time they have been here for over 18 months to see their horses run.
"I have to be thankful that people leave their horses here. They have a week planned and hopefully they really enjoy the week."
