Mon Storm goes in search of further success at Sligo when he lines-up in the feature this evening - the Francie ‘Banger’ Burns Memorial Handicap Hurdle.

Trained in Co Down by Victor Wilson, the eight-year-old gelding recorded his first career success at Sligo in April.

Fourth and fifth on his next two starts, the son of September Storm bounced back to his best when again successful at Sligo on his most recent outing earlier this month.

Now on a career high mark of 107, the bay gelding faces eight rivals in this near two-mile-five-furlong contest. Darragh O'Keefe takes the ride again.

Gavin Cromwell is double-handed with Mutadaffeq and Callthebarman and they both look to have solid claims, while Iamastartoo with just 9st 8lb on her back, is another leading contender.

Noel Meade trains Iamastartoo and he is represented by Caer in the opening Bet Victor Bet E5 Get E40 Offer Mares Maiden Hurdle.

A winner of a bumper at Roscommon on her penultimate start, the daughter of Winged Love fell on her debut over flights at the Galway Festival.

The Willie Mullins-trained Bronagh’s Belle is an interesting contender here on what will be her first start in just over a year.

Twice successful on the level, the daughter of High Chaparral starts off over hurdles now and is sure to prove popular with punters.

Mullins introduces a potentially smart newcomer in the shape of Jazzaway in the concluding Student’s Day At Sligo Races 25th September Flat Race.

This daughter of Shantou is a full-sister to Briar Hill, who of course won the Weatherbys Champion Bumper at the Cheltenham Festival in 2013. Shantelle is another daughter of Shantou and she takes her chance in the BetVictor Guaranteed Run For Your Money Handicap Hurdle. Walking On Glass who was a real eye-catcher when a never nearer third at Tramore on Thursday, appears very much the one to beat in this extended two-and-a-half-mile heat. Imperial Choice also had to settle for minor honours at Tramore and she too is turned out again quickly for the Callan Tansey Handicap Hurdle.

The Charles Byrnes-trained bay is likely to have plenty of supporters in this competitive contest, with Draycott Place Oromo Mr Moondance and Love The Well others for the shortlist. Bunninadden in first-time blinkers, should give a good account of himself in the Lengthen The Odds With BetVictor Maiden Hurdle, while the consistent Cappacon will appreciate the step back up to three miles in the Adare Manor Opportunity Handicap Hurdle.
