Michael Halford’s Hamariyna is to step up in trip for the Naas Oaks Trial on June 26.
The Aga Khan-owned filly has made giant strides since making her debut in April, winning on her second start at Tipperary.
Thrown into Group Three company for a 1,000 Guineas Trial at Leopardstown recently, she ran out a clear-cut winner and Halford believes she will be even better over middle distances.
He said: “I sent Hamariyna home for a week after she won, but she’ll go to Naas for the Oaks Trial and then we’ll consider the Oaks (at the Curragh) with her.
“She did well to win over a mile, and we always felt she was a filly that wanted further.”
