The John Feane-trained Art Of Unity showed his rivals a clean pair of heels to run out a cosy winner of the concluding five furlong handicap at the Curragh this evening.

There was drama at the start of the race as 7/2 favourite Ever Rock unshipped Sam Ewing leaving the stalls.

8/1 shot Art Of Unity took them along under Gary Halpin and he had his rivals in trouble over a furlong from home.

The loose horse was in front of the winner inside the final furlong and took him to the line as Art Of Unity galloped on strongly for a four-and-a-quarter length win.

“He won well. The ground suited and I think having the loose horse there suited him as well,” said Feane.

“The handicapper will probably have his say with him now but it's nice to get another win with him.”
