Bioverdia made a big impression on her debut at Ballinrobe this evening when running out a 12-length winner of the Racing TV INH Flat Race.

Gordon Elliott 's charge was sent off 2/1 favourite on her racecourse bow and swept into the lead leaving the back straight.

Jamie Codd didn't need to move on the Kalanisi filly as she stretched clear in style down the home straight to land the spoils at her ease.

The winner is a full-sister to Sretaw who won the Irish Cambridgeshire for owners Alymer Stud back in 2014.

"Her work was very good and we were hoping she could do that but I must say she was very very good," said Codd.

"This might just be another top one following on from Getaway Katie Mai and Peter Fahey's good mare (Gypsy Island) that have won here in the last couple of years."

The former champion amateur also rode that pair to success at the western venue.
