Wolfofallstreets continued on an upward curve when making it three wins from four runs in the TRM Equine Nutrition Handicap Hurdle at Leopardstown.

Philip Rothwell 's charge was another to successfully cut out the running at the Dublin track today as he ran out a convincing winner of the two-mile contest.

He was tackled by British Art going to the second last but led again before the final flight and was big and bold at the last.

The Kalanisi gelding, an easy to back 11/1 shot, galloped on strongly in the closing stages to beat Youngnedofthehill by five lengths.

The runner-up had also chased him home at Naas on his previous outing.

Rothwell said:- “I thought the handicapper had caught up with him but I’d never seen him in as good a form as he’s been over the last three days.

“He’s like a horse possessed and has been in super form so it’s nice to come to the races and see it work out.

“Carol Hogan and Eric Newnham are super supporters of the yard so it’s great for them.

“There was a race for him in Navan next week but he wouldn’t love it heavy and I thought here would be the lesser of two evils and we got away with the light weight.”
