FormscanBy Gary Carson - Just six go to post here but it's a cracking race and the highlight of the weekend. LUXEMBOURG has given flashes of how good he can be and his win in the Irish Champion Stakes last year was a truly top class effort. He should leave his comeback run well behind and on this better ground now his turn of foot will come into play. The addition of Vadeni to the field has really added to the contest and the Churchill colt is another who is sure to have benefitted from his return to action in the Prix Ganay at the end of April. Last year's classy Eclipse winner was a touch unlucky in running when third to Luxembourg at Leopardstown last year and gets his chance at revenge now. Bay Bridge was in front of Vadeni at Longchamp last time and is obviously a big player as well. The Champion Stakes winner may appreciate a bit more cut in the ground.
