FormscanBy Tom Weekes - ASK THE LEADER is an improving five year old who won easily at Downpatrick 13 days ago and is open to more progression despite a 9lbs rise. She initially showed poor form but has improved in recent months, is ground-versatile and stepping up to 2m7f should be no problem. Influential Lady broke her maiden tag when winning easily at her 23rd attempt at Gowran recently and, being previously exposed, has been handed a chance today from just 9lbs higher. She likes a sound surface and also steps up to this trip for the first time, which could well bring about some more progression. Farrawaybay is also progressive and while 3lbs higher than when second at Listowel has claims on her first start at 2m7f. Something Sweet, a dual handicap hurdle winner, ran well at Clonmel latest and represents a yard in excellent form. She's Made It was narrowly touched off by a well-handicapped winner at Tipperary latest but is winless in 17 starts while well bred Jesina runs in first-time cheek-pieces and has placed bumper form to her name. Let Her Flow was well held at Ballinrobe last month.
