FormscanBy Michael Graham - DRUMBEAR enjoyed himself over an extended 2m5f at Sedgefield. That was a very weak four-runner race, however, he is now three from five so clearly knows where the winning post is. The top-weight is likely to give it a good go from the front in a first-time hood. Summer Tide attracted plenty of support before finishing fifth in a rated novice hurdle at Down Royal in January. Drumbear was seven and a half lengths in front of him in third, but Summer Tide may get closer. He won his maiden hurdle over a similar trip at this track. Bal De Rio has been off for almost a year but has run well fresh before. He was last sighted winning a 2m3f claiming hurdle in Limerick by a neck. First-reserve Golf Marin would be threatening, up in trip, if getting a run.
