FormscanBy Michael Graham - WESTERN VICTORY can get compensation after falling in Listowel last month. Although you couldn't have called her a definite winner, she had jumped well throughout and held a length advantage before getting the final fence wrong. On her previous start, she chased home the 149-rated Paloma Blue in a steeplechase at Wexford which reads well in the context of this race. Andalusa is a summer horse but could get away with this ground, just as she did when winning a rated novice hurdle by a short head on heavy ground at this track in March. She has won two of her four chases and was third in Group 3 company on her last appearance in Roscommon. Tintangle has to be considered. She has won off a break before and took the honours on her only previous visit here. She unseated at the penultimate fence when leading a Grade 2 mares' novices' chase at Limerick in March.
