FormscanBy Alan Magee - FULLY CHARGED looks the one to beat. The point-to-point winner landed a maiden hurdle on testing ground at Limerick and has been generally consistent since sent chasing last season. The Henry de Bromhead-trained gelding was narrowly denied by Stormy Judge in a Naas handicap and is now fitted with blinkers after again being caught in the closing stages over 2m7f on good ground at Tipperary. Metal Man showed he’s well suited by a test of stamina when taking a 3m1f novice hurdle at Kilbeggan last autumn and, after a couple of outings on the Flat this spring, kept on well in the closing stages when fourth to the useful Politesse on his chasing debut at Punchestown. De Bromhead is also represented by Not Available who won a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle before chasing home Everybreathyoutake on his debut over fences at Limerick last month.
