FormscanBy Donal Murphy - The O'Brien clan dominate here with Aidan, Joseph and Donnacha saddling three leading contenders. Donnacha is responsible for PIZ BADILE with this son of Ulysses just getting the nod over Joseph's Swan Bay. The selection battled gamely to see off Karakoul on his debut at Killarney in July, with two subsequent winners finishing in behind. The bay colt should come on plenty for that experience and it'll be disappointing if he is not involved towards the business end here. Swan Bay impressively got off the mark at Galway earlier this month and it'll come as no surprise if he manages to follow-up now. Luxembourg, who is a half-brother to Leo De Fury, is another leading hope after he ran out a comfortable winner on debut at Killarney in July. Tuwaiq finished second in that Killarney contest and he re-opposes now. Manu Et Corde is the one most likely to prevent an O'Brien win. Fourth in the Futurity Stakes last month, he since finished a close fifth in the Champions Juvenile Stakes at Leopardstown on Champions Weekend. Rated 102, the son of Teofilo is the most experienced runner in the line-up and this should stand to him.
