FormscanBy Tom Weekes - This looks quite useful and HYPE can make it third time lucky. He contested a hot maiden on debut in June and then returned following a 101 days absence when second at Naas last month, in a race which has worked out very well. The winner then subsequently won a handicap rated 86 on his next start while the third placed horse (which met trouble in-running) also won a maiden next time. HYPE, by a quality middle-distance producing stallion and out of a Galileo mare, should be suited to an extra furlong and should also be fine on an all-weather surface. Stardayz has proven form on this surface having run in a Barrier Trial before running a fine race on debut in a hot maiden here last month. She will improve from the run and the form of that race was boosted by the runner-up winning at Listed level subsequently. Zola Sakura also ran a very promising race on debut at Naas when staying on quite nicely and with the third-placed horse winning a maiden subsequently, Zola Sakura looks likely to get involved today. Alessandro Algardi is a very notable newcomer and could get involved. He cost E240,000 at an Arcana Breeze-Up sale last July, clearly has ability and is a half-brother to two smart winners. Ballydoyle's Jerobeam didn't show much on debut but did at least see out his race reasonably well while stablemate Blue Planet, a 1,800,000gns yearling purchase, is out of a Group 3 winning dam who is from the family of Royal Academy and Storm Cat but might need this run. Razdan has shown useful ability but might bump into a few too strong today.%0A
