FormscanBy Tom Weekes - Colin Keane rides at 8st9lbs on AFFOGATO, which showed plenty on debut for trainer Conor O'Dwyer at the Curragh in August and has since changed hands. A half-sister to modest German and Swiss winners, AFFOGATO looked sure to improve following her staying-on debut in a maiden from which the sixth, seventh, eighth and 10th placed horses won subsequently. Alaroos herself showed plenty ability in a hot Curragh maiden on debut. She hasn't raced since June but looks useful, although she must give the selection 6lbs. Lightly-weighted Queens Command has course form but is vulnerable to smart types while 81-rated Purple Dawn needs to improve to win. All In The Mind, with the inside draw, is helped by his rider's 7lbs claim while Bright Blue was well held at Listowel and runs in a first-time visor. Swing Point showed up well on debut at Punchestown and can improve while Ballydoyle's Montenegro needs to improve on his debut run and is badly drawn in 17. Lucky Mascot is out of a French winner and is from a good family.
For two years old only, maidens at starting that are EBF eligible and whose sire established one or more yearling sales in the relevant year with a median price of not more than #60,000Weights - 9st 8lbs Fillies allowed 5lbs
