FormscanBy Mark Nunan - ADAMANTLY CHOSEN won the valuable Goffs Land Rover Bumper on his debut at the Punchestown Festival and the form has worked out a treat with the next four home all successful in subsequent bumper outings. Closely related to smart jumper Kylecrue, Willie Mullins four-year-old is an exciting hurdling prospect. Gringo D’aubrelle was a ten length winner of a Navan bumper earlier in the month having previously chased home Blazing Khal on his hurdling debut at Galway. The winner has franked that form by landing a Grade 2 at Cheltenham and Gordon Elliott’s charge looks a big danger with the benefit of that hurdling experience. Harald Hardrad is another to have impressed when winning a bumper. He won by 11 lengths at Clonmel on his racecourse debut and is worthy of respect on his hurdling bow.
