FormscanBy Michael Graham - BIGBADANDBEAUTIFUL could prove to be a shade of value. Gordon Elliott's mare has two Listed bumper victories in her locker, and was also runner-up in a Grade 2 bumper at Leopardstown. The six-year-old is unexposed in this sphere having switched to the Flat to land a 10-furlong maiden in Roscommon last month. She ought to relish the step up to an extended mile and five furlongs, and is ground versatile. She has plenty to find on ratings with Buildmeupbuttercup who has a mark of 101, and is clearly the horse to beat. The latter ran fifth in the Galway Hurdle on Thursday evening, though, so it is a quick turnaround for her. Camphor has been keeping good company and wouldn't be winning out of turn. She has been runner-up in her two visits to Galway but this trip asks new questions. She was beaten a fair way over a mile and six when last seen in the Curragh, however, that was Group 2 company. Tandem, who was placed in the Cork Derby, ran out a ready winner of a qualified riders' race in Leopardstown earlier in the month. The Cork Derby form has been franked and Tandem looks dangerous in what shapes up to be a good race.
