FormscanBy Tom Weekes - Last year's third POPONG is 3lb better off with last year's runner-up Ten Ten, which gives her a fractional edge, and comes here in good from. She has proven ability in these races having subsequently finished second in July's Galway Blazers Chase and also ran well on her reappearance run at Tramore. Ten Ten made an early mistake and was hampered before pulling up in the Irish National, 12 days ago. He can jump left, which isn't ideal, but is clearly capable. Recite A Prayer is just 4lb higher than when winning at Wexford and while likely to be suited by stepping back up in distance on good ground, has more on his plate. Defi Bleu surprised Donkey Years, (which runs in first-time cheek-pieces) at Fairyhouse and both have claims despite a quick 12-days turnaround. Phoenix Way fell on his last start in February but was previously in form while Duc De Beauchene's last two wins were gained by a nose and steps up to this trip for the first time.
