FormscanBy Mark Nunan - OUR UNCLE JACK took a big step forward on his second start when finishing fourth in a bumper at the recent Listowel festival. He was beaten a little over six lengths and the three in front of him were all previous winners so he should go close back against maidens. His trainer won a bumper at Ballinrobe last month with a quietly fancied newcomer and the stablemates have probably brought each other on at home. Kiki Badger ran poorly when last seen in May but performed creditably in some strong contests last term. He was third at the Leopardstown Christmas meeting and filled the same spot behind two useful types at Naas in the spring. Kilta, for whom Jody Townend is a significant booking, is a half-sister to a dual hurdles winner and showed some promise on debut at Navan.
