The form was franked when the runner-up beat a big field in Cork on Tuesday. Crucially, Lisieux has a soft-ground victory from Naas last year in her locker and she is on a very handy mark. Yuzu has shown ability on rain-softened ground in better races. The assessor has dropped her by 4lb, so she should be very competitive despite the impediment of being drawn wide in stall 17. Hope And Innocence is coming down the weights and has a more than capable 7lb claimer booked. She didn't run badly in fourth at this track in July and also has form on soft ground. Bride Tree showed more in third at the Curragh and could build upon that.
