Power, rider of Monishter Are Mwee, Mr T.P. Harney, rider of Gotthenod, J.J. Slevin, rider of Bonne Debut, Rachael Blackmore, rider of Ladiam, D.E. Mullins, rider of Fulysse (FR), R.J. Condon, rider of Where's Bunny, P.J. O'Hanlon, rider of Game And Glory, B.P. Kennedy, rider of Beat Of The Sea and G. Brouder, rider of Moyode Mist had disobeyed his instructions and caused a false start. Evidence was heard from the starter and rider concerned. Having viewed the recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that all the riders were in breach of Rule 208. Having considered the clean previous record of I.J. Power, Mr T.P. Harney, J.J. Slevin, Rachael Blackmore, D.E. Mullins, and Gavin Brouder, the Stewards suspended these riders for one raceday. In addition, having considered the previous records of R.J. Condon, P.J. O'Hanlon and B.P
Kennedy, the Stewards suspended these three riders for two racedays.
