He got beaten one day in Fairyhouse (in March) on soft ground and I was disgusted because I thought that he’d win. He got a bit of confidence here over 2m5f (in May) and I thought, given the way he won here the last day, that there might be more to come with a step up in trip. We missed Galway and waited for this race back here and I’m just delighted it worked out.
