Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that G.F. Carroll was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his record, suspended him for 1 raceday

O'Connor, Rockfish, ridden by D. O'Brien, A Few Bob Short, ridden by S. Foley, and It's Paddys Day, ridden by S.P. Davis. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were unable to apportion blame to any rider and took no further action
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Moonstone Rose, trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
D.E. Hogan, rider of Moonstone Rose trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost her action and seemed lame pulling up
C.D. Hayes, rider of Roses Queen, trained by P.J.Prendergast, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got upset in the stalls
K.J. Leonard, rider of Don't Do It trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got checked in the home straight
