This is a new owner (Maureen Nudds), a friend of Peter's who had her last year. She's a lady from England, who is in financial services. It's a great start for her as it's her second runner. The Stewards fined Edward Lynam, trainer, ?350 for lodging a passport in respect of Chagall, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Chagall in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90
