Beggar's Wishes (IRE), trained by Peter Bowen, had arrived in the Parade Ring with a visor rather than its declared blinkers, which were then located and fitted on the gelding before going to the start.
After interviewing his representative, Bowen was cautioned.
Following the race, Sean Bowen reported that Beggar's Wishes (IRE), which was pulled up, moved poorly; the Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination shortly after the race revealed the gelding to be slightly lame in front.
