The Veterinary Officer reported that Treble Clef (GB), trained by Lee Carter, had arrived on course with vaccinations that did not comply with the British Horseracing Authority’s emergency measures.
Carter was fined £80 as the record of vaccinations on the passport of Treble Clef (GB) had been altered and the gelding was withdrawn by the Stewards.
An enquiry into the record of vaccinations was postponed until 16 February 2019 due to Carter not being present on the course.
