The Stewards requested a report from Aengus King, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Capture The Drama, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge travelled well on his last start over three miles on testing going but failed to see out the trip. He added that today's drop in trip helped his charge gain a second win at this track. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
