Nothing really went right (at Ballinrobe), she got stopped and blocked and didn't really get out, . She was a little bit unlucky. She got into plenty of trouble today again too but he (Sean Flanagan) said she felt great and jumped a lot better. She did it well. We'll go on and she will probably run in a winners' one and run on the Flat as well. She probably wouldn't want heavy ground but she stays well. Unfortunately her owner is not here - he's from London and he went to Greece on his holidays and got double pneumonia on the plane. He is in bed in Greece for the last two weeks. It will give him a boost.

He'll go over fences now - I think he is around 89 over fences so we will see. I knew if they didn't get too much rain and the ground stayed good he would be hard to beat. He was in good old form.

As you saw there he is a jumper all over. I was looking through his pedigree today for a bit of soft ground and I couldn't find it. He just gallops and has a great mind and took to hurdling really well. We haven't over schooled him especially over those hurdles because it is hard to get those hurdles in the summer. He should improve. This was the plan and the owner is home from America, so it is great. I'm delighted. He's only a four-year-old, so he has to improve. I know it wasn't the best of maiden hurdles but he will stay further - over three miles he could ride a quieter race on him and I think he would love it. He (O'Keefe) said he felt he was never going to get beaten. He gave him a couple of cracks and he went away. We were in Newmarket and we were looking for hurdlers and juvenile hurdlers which are impossible to get. I saw this guy and he looked a National Hunt horse. I thought he would make more and I couldn't understand why he didn't make more. He's a gorgeous-looking horse. We took a punt and it has paid off, he wasn't that expensive. When you see him he's only a shell, you would have to think he would improve.

He's a grand old horse,. He jumped for fun and didn't stop, he's all heart. He's improving the whole time and he gives you his all. Yeah brilliant (to get the ride). Denis is suspended - unfortunate for him but fortunate for me. He's been super to me since I turned (conditional) and even for the two boys to let me ride him, I'm just grateful. Hopefully we can stay going. I'd be in Denis' a few days a week and after that I go wherever I have to go. The two men that own him are absolute gents, I'm delighted for them. You couldn't meet nicer than them.

He ran a cracker in Galway in the Blazers and missed the second last and the last, . Off that he was entitled to do that today. He's been a great fun horse and he's a nice horse.
