Star Adventure We were disappointed in Killarney when she ran but it was a bit soon after the previous run I think,. I actually bought the one that won in Killarney (Glint In Her Eye) the other day, so she looks kind of reasonably good value now. I bred her myself and she is a half sister to Laura Bullion and Union Gap and hopefully there will be a few more winners to come out of that pedigree yet. She tough and she stays well - Gold Well makes her that way. She worked very well last year and she went and won a bumper early on and then she went and cracked her pelvis and missed a whole lot of time.

Star Adventure I bred her myself and she was ready to run when she cracked her pelvis. She’s a half-sister to Laura Bullion who won for us this year, and I’ve a few more coming along out of the mare. She will go jumping now but doesn’t want the ground too quick.

The Rubinator he was second to Fury Road in a bumper at Fairyhouse but has just had a few little niggly problems since and it looked a very good opportunity for him today. He made a little bit of a mistake at the second last but fought back and stayed going. He'll probably get a bit further in time but we'll keep him over two miles for the moment. He has been a funny horse to work with, so we'll just have to see how he is at home and pick out something for him then.

Sole Pretender We’re delighted and he’s doing everything we’re asking of him. We have a small yard with 15 horses in at the moment and he’s by far the best we’ve ever had. He’s owned by a great man, Michael Hogan, and he trusts us with him. We will have 30 in for the winter and we are always open to getting good horses into the yard.

Legacy Thor He ran well the last day and he has improved for better ground. He'll get a wee bit of a break now and go over hurdles at the end of the summer. He had a nice run the first day in Navan. He likes a trip and he jumps well. He would be a three parts brother to Legacy Gold so Chris (Johnson) will have a bit of fun with him. He's a nice horse to go novice hurdling.

Fort Worth Texas She acts better on heavier ground and I thought it might be a bit lively for her but she stays very well. She was a maiden at the start of the season and is now after winning four point-to-points and this and is a grand little thing. She will have a break now and will come back hurdling on winter ground. Leo (owner Leo McArdle) normally moves them to Willie (Mullins) but I think he's leaving this one to me.
