Dundalk Fri, 18th Oct, 2019  Benedict Roezl He's had more setbacks than you could ever dream a horse could have,. He's finally come right and he did it well, I liked his attitude. I don't know how much of a race it was but he battled well and I'm delighted to get a win with him. We've had to be patient as he's a four-year-old. That surface is easier than the first day away on grass in very soft ground at Fairyhouse. There might be a bit more fun with him.

Leopardstown Thu, 15th Aug, 2019  Winiata It's great to get a winner for the most important owner in the yard. She's tough and she's hardy. She's been running well in her last couple of races. I thought she was a miler but it looks like she's going to stay well. Niall said she got the mile-and-a-quarter really well today, battled it out, and she'll get a mile-and-a-half no problems. She's won two now, she's paid her way, and we'll see what the handicapper does. That was a nice pot, for fillies only, and we'll give it another shot again.

Curragh Fri, 9th Aug, 2019  Hiella She fractured her pelvis when she ran as a two-year-old so it’s taken her a while to come back. Niall was very happy with her the last day when she stayed on well. We’ve just been patient and got her fit. I just rang the owner (Martin McHale) who is in Portugal and he’s absolutely delighted. She’s rated 69 so she should be okay in a handicap if he leaves her alone. Hopefully she’ll get a go at a 0-70 handicap.
