The Millennium Surveys Ltd (C & G) Point-To-Point Flat Race produced a good finish with 5/4 favourite Jackstell just prevailing under John Gleeson.

Placed in both points for Denis Murphy before being bought by Paul Byrne for £70,000 at Cheltenham in December, the No Risk At All five-year-old was prominent throughout and was ridden to lead narrowly over a furlong out. Strongly pressed by Norr's Cross on the run to the line, he found a bit more close home to foil that rival by a short head.

Winning trainer Emmet Mullins said: "They hadn't gone much of a gallop but John was alert to it and made sure he was bang there turning in. He said he was still green and from thinking he wasn't going to get there, he was then in front too soon as he almost pulled up.

"We got the rub of the green at the finish but he rallied and has a good attitude.

"I'd say he is a nice horse to keep going in staying races for the summer .

"I bought him and we bought Backmeorsackme (bumper winner) the same day so that wasn't a bad day's shopping."
