Amber signs off in style
Amber Romance and Pat Smullen come home in style at Leopardstown

The well-backed favourite Amber Romance took the Leopardstown Club "Summer" Membership Rated Race with a nice degree of authority under Pat Smullen.
Continuing Dermot Weld's good run, the Moyglare Stud Farm-owned daughter of Bahamian Bounty got to the front-running Queen Of Alba with ease and wasn't hard pressed to go on and put three and quarter lengths between herself and that rival at the line.
Weld reflected: "That's very pleasing because she's such a beautifully bred filly. She's a half-sister to Sapphire and Free Eagle.
"It's was important to get a nice winning bracket with her, especially at a place like Leopardstown.
"She may go and join the Moyglare broodmare band now." (GC & EM)
