Drumlister made all for a cosy success in the 2m3f handicap chase at Wexford.

Paul Townend gave the 5/4 favourite a confident ride as he jumped well at the head of affairs.

Arthur Moore 's charge had his rivals struggling after the second last and Townend could afford to take it easy in the closing stages.

He let his mount pop the final fence and was looking between his legs on the run-in as Best Of Bocelli chased in vain, going down by two-and-a-quarter lengths.

The winner had just been touched off at Downpatrick on his previous start.

London-based Paul Hale was not present although his brother Paddy and father Danny are also involved and Paddy, who hails from Sandymount in Dublin said afterwards:-

"The family has had horses with Arthur for 30 years.

"This horse likes good ground. He's really a summer horse and hopefully the weather picks up and the ground will be in his favour for a while."
