Flynn records first career double
Paul Flynn recorded his first double as a trainer after Pallsamore followed up on his recent win at Tipperary.
Mick Darcy sent the seven year old gelding to the front just before the last and kept on well score by a convincing two lengths.
A delighted Flynn said afterwards: “He’s improving all of the time. I’ve no set plan for him but he may take his chance in the Kilbeggan Midlands National.”
“We’ll see what the handicapper does with him, he could step up in trip also and he loves the summer ground. “
“There is a race in Ffos Las he could go for either.”
Flynn’s earlier winner came with Archie Boy after he landed the www.malton.com Chase.
