The ground at Thurles is now described as yielding following rain this morning.

The seven-race jumping card kicks off at 1.05pm, with Perfect Woman bidding for a four-timer in the featured Ballagh Mares Handicap Hurdle.

The forecast is for heavy and persistent rain which will clear from the south west to showers this afternoon.

The action switches to the Polytrack at Dundalk tomorrow evening, while Naas hosts a meeting on Sunday.

There are two National Hunt fixtures on Sunday, with the Fortria Chase fixture at Navan and also racing at Limerick.
