The ground at Punchestown remains Good. The forecast is for a dry day with sunny spells. The first of seven races on its National Hunt card is off at 6pm.
There is early money for As De Pique in the handicap chase at 7pm. Gavin Cromwell's 10-year-old gelding runs under the mandatory 4lb penalty for winning at Down Royal last Friday evening.
Ahead of racing tomorrow, Tipperary reports its going to be Yielding to Soft, Soft in places (on the Flat course) and Yielding (on the Hurdle track). There was 7mm of rain overnight. The weather is forecast to be mainly dry today and tomorrow.
Downpatrick hosts a meeting on Friday evening where the ground remains Good (with selective watering). The weather is expected to be dry.
The ground at the Curragh is now Good to Yielding (on the round course) and Yielding (on the straight track). The forecast is mainly dry through to Sunday when racing takes place.
Elsewhere, there is racing at Roscommon next Monday and Tuesday. The ground is currently Soft (on the Flat track) and Yielding to Soft (on the National Hunt course).
