Hadrian off mark in Navan opener

Emperor Hadrian was produced with a well-timed charge by Johnny Murtagh to get off the mark in the opening two-year-old maiden at Navan.

The son of Holy Roman Emperor came between rivals inside the final furlong to hit the front.

Aidan O'Brien 's charge stayed on well in the closing stages for a cosy two-length success over Mr Man In The Moon
