Knight Legend led from start to finish to win the Grade 2 Gowran Park Champion Chase by an unchallenged 12 lengths.

Winning trainer Jessica Harrington said afterwards: 'I'm delighted with that performance considering he hadn't had a run and had to do all the work from the front. He made a couple of errors, but picked up from outside the wings at the last. He will next head to Punchestown in two weeks for a conditions race he won last year.'
