The Stewards interviewed Sean Levey, rider of Viceroy Of India concerning the use of the whip during the EPS Pumps Handicap at Ballinrobe.

Evidence was heard from the rider concerned.

Having viewed the video of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Sean Levey had used his whip unnecessarily and therefore suspended him for seven racedays.
