Madurai completes brace for Mullins & Walsh
Madurai and Ruby Walsh leap the last

Ruby Walsh and Willie Mullins completed a quick double at Gowran this afternoon when Madurai pulled away in good style in the closing stages to claim the Affedia Maiden Hurdle.
Walsh tracked the leaders on the 3/1 joint favourite before moving up to challenge turning for home.
The Marju gelding hit the front before the final flight and despite jumping a bit right at the last asserted on the run-in to record a five-and-a-half length success over Ken's Well
The winner had finished mid-division at Listowel on his last outing behind stable-mate Uradel.
"He handled the ground and jumped really well. He had a bit of experience and the strong gallop suited him,” said Walsh.
