The John McConnnell-trained Kharezi is the horse for money on the all-weather at Dundalk this evening.

The son of Bachelor Duke makes his handicap debut in the ten furlong contest at 8.00pm, having finished third over course and distance last month on this third run in a maiden.

The three-year-old was available at 10/1 this morning but has attracted plenty of support and is now as short as 2/1 favourite for the race. Won Diamond has been well-backed from 4/1 into 7/4 favourite in the earlier mile two-year-old maiden (6.30).

Michael Halford 's charge was third behind a smart looking sort in Foundry on his sole start at Leopardstown last month.

Old favourite Copper Dock has been backed in the opening six-furlong handicap (12/1 into 13/2) while there has also been support for Samollie (12/1 into 11/2) in the second division of the mile handicap.
