Morgan in double form at Naas
Joanna Morgan recorded a double at Naas this afternoon under both rules when nine year old Show Blessed came home in front of the Kate Phipps Hurdle under John Cullen.
“This horse used to be owned by the late Fr. Sean Breen, he is now owned by a good friend of his Liam Breslin. This horse absolutely loves Naas and he 10 pounds better here than anywhere else”, said Morgan afterwards.
“He might come back here for the Naas November Handicap and we will probably go chasing soon after. He must go left-handed.”
Morgan’s earlier came with Gypsie Queen taking the opening race on today’s card, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden under Gary Carroll.
