Nodelay makes all
Nodelay followed up her recent maiden win at Downpatrick when making all under Paul Carberry to take the two miles Guinness Hurdle at odds of 9/2.
The six-year-old kept on well from the second last to beat hurdle newcomer Boynagh Joy (7/2) by four lengths, with 6/4 favourite Burma Rock a further length and a quarter away in third.
Winning trainer Colin McBratney said: “He's entered at Downpatrick on Monday but we'll see about that. There's not a lot of races for her but she's in good form and thrives on her racing. She's improved again from her last run at Downpatrick. I left the tactics up to Paul tonight and there's no better man.”
