O'Grady wins with Armaramak

Tommy Treacy replaced the injured Andrew McNamara and subsequently landed the Woodlands Park Hotel Adare Handicap Hurdle aboard the Edward O’Grady trained Armaramak (7/1 - 4/1).

Treacy took up the lead on the Mark Of Esteem gelding three out and the pair kept on gamely for a two and a half length win over Chausettes.

Conor O’Farrell who take a heavy fall from 4/1 joint favourite A Little Different lost consciousness briefly and has been taken to hospital for precautionary x-rays. He has been stood down for seven days.
