Raknah made good use of her experience when getting off the mark at the seventh attempt in the Irishinjuredjockeys.com Maiden at Dundalk.

The Blue Point filly showed promise in three starts for Andrew Balding before joining Jessica Harrington in September and she filled the runner-up spot over this course and distance a fortnight ago.

Shane Foley again adopted front-running tactics on the 100/30 chance who held on gamely in the closing stages by a neck from 7/4 favourite The Old Nine Nerano made a promising debut a length and a quarter back in third.

Foley said, "She can be just a little bit forward going early doors and she did take me down the back. She relaxed down around the bottom and I got a little breather into her.

"In fairness, she has picked up and won well. She is good and gutsy."
