Final Recovery opened his account in fine style when taking the opening nursery at Dundalk for Ger Lyons.

Keagan Latham produced his mount to lead over a furlong from home and he galloped on strongly to score by two-lengths from Free Art

"The maiden he ran in last time was above average. He's a nice horse but should probably only be having his first run now," said Lyons.

"I told the owner he would win so it's job done. It's nice to get a winner for Jaber Abdullah."

The winner is owned by Ahmed Jaber, son of Jaber Abdullah.
